Client trust and professional performance are the very basis of Latife's accomplishments as a real estate agent. They are the result of Latife's unsurpassed expertise in property acquisition, construction, remodeling, development and asset management. Combining that knowledge with communication, marketing and negotiation skills has placed her firmly in the upper echelon of Napa Valley's premier sales associates. Detail oriented and analytical, she credits her strategic thinking as a vital element in her success.

Having been ranked in the top 1 percent of the 45,000 worldwide agents of NRT, parent company of Sotheby's International Realty, she is a respected expert in the sale and acquisition of listed and confidentially offered luxury homes, estates, vineyards, wineries and land.

Beginning her real estate experience nearly three decades ago as a paralegal specializing in real estate in a large law firm in Sydney, Australia, Latife went on to form her own international real estate marketing company there. Her clients were among the largest privately owned and publicly listed property development and construction companies throughout Australia and Asia. A real estate investor herself, she purchased her first property when she was just 20 years old. Today, she owns premium properties in Sydney and Napa Valley.

Latife gained her superlative listening and communication skills as a television anchor and interviewer. Fine-tuning those skills during her extensive world travels has allowed her to develop an almost intuitive understanding of the needs, goals and lifestyles of her diverse clientele. Invaluable in difficult transactions, she uses her experience and talent to anticipate and solve problems by reaching across the aisle with a can-do attitude and ensure win-win outcomes.

Formerly the chair and founder of New South Wales Caring Kids Australia Trust, a non-governmental organization raising money for children who are primary caregivers for their disabled parents, Latife also funds medical care and education for children she sponsors in third world countries. Her many hobbies and activities include biking, running, swimming, yoga, pilates, calligraphy, gardening, entertaining and the arts.
