WHERE IT ALL IT BEGAN: I am a fourth generation Bay Area native and have lived in San Francisco for nearly 25 years (not that I like to date myself!). My grandfather grew up in San Francisco and I come from a long line of real estate people – my great grandfather was a builder / developer, my grandfather a broker, my uncle, a developer and my mother, a general contractor. I have a deep passion for architecture, gardens, decorating and cooking. I love the unique characteristics of San Francisco’s neighborhoods and delight in finding a new gem on a street that I have walked a hundred times.
Before starting my career in real estate I had a successful career in hotel sales and marketing (hotels are still a dear passion). With 15 years of hotel experience, I am 100% customer service oriented.
WHAT PEOPLE LOVE TO CALL ME FOR: People call me for EVERYTHING – and I love that! The thing I love about my job is being able to have my community integrated in my work. I love bringing people together – our clients, painters, electricians, gardeners, decorators, etc. I love going to work every day!
One of the things that I feel really sets me apart is that I am very forthright; I am in business to help my sellers get top dollar and my buyers find the RIGHT property – not just any property. I definitely share my opinion and expertise! I know the market and work with the highest integrity.
WHAT MATTERS: My family – my husband, daughter, two step-daughters and dog, Sam (and cat, Tracy, but I’m not much of a cat person)! With a daughter in grammar school, I know what it’s like to navigate San Francisco’s schools and raise a family in the City. City living can be very rewarding and also very frustrating…I love that my job can help people navigate all of it!
In addition to juggling family life and work, I love to be outside exercising: running, hiking, walking through the Presidio and running the Lyon Street Steps. I should do more yoga… I love tennis, golf and heat! My favorite San Francisco days are the rare, super warm ones where I can bring a picnic to the beach. I believe strongly in supporting the arts and feel very fortunate to have such world class programs in our City. My daughter and I are members of National Charity League and I find this involvement in the community to be both very humbling and rewarding. I know just how lucky I am to call San Francisco home.
