A native of California who has experienced firsthand the resurgence and growth of San Francisco's neighborhoods, Anne offers clients her insight about local market dynamics, historically significant properties and investment opportunities. She specializes in single-family residences, condominiums, TICs and lofts ranging from the established communities of Pacific and Presidio Heights, Cow Hollow and Noe Valley to the up-and-coming Potrero Hill, Dogpatch and South Beach neighborhoods.

Anne's first career was in corporate mergers and acquisitions with Bank of America and Intel Corporation. Her analytical and communications skills, attention to detail and negotiating expertise were well-honed during her 15-year M&A career and have proven extremely useful to her clients.

Anne and her husband, who is the City Attorney of San Francisco, are dedicated to their community. Anne actively supports the San Francisco Symphony, the Chinese American International School and the local chapter of CASA, a voluntary organization that advocates for and mentors children within the foster care system. Anne has been a co-chair of the Symphony's largest fundraisers, the Black and White Ball and its annual Opening Gala.

Raising a son in the city, Anne is well versed in the various features of San Francisco's diverse private schools and knowledgeable about the programs offered through the public school system.

Anne is a graduate of St. Mary's College of Moraga and a member of the National Association of Realtors and its state and local chapters.
