She represents buyers and sellers of all price ranges resulting in high annual sales volume in the multi-million dollar range. The majority of Vicky’s client base is repeat and referral business. Her range of knowledge and expertise includes residential sales, leases, and exchanges. They have been considered one of the most dynamic real estate teams in the Pasadena area. Jeff Botsford was born and raised in San Marino and earned a BA degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. A licensed Realtor since 1983, Jeff has worked in various facets of the Real Estate industry. His diverse real estate background has spanned areas of construction management, leasing and Real Estate development. While employed with Legacy Partners Jeff was responsible for development projects totaling over $850 million. In addition, he was responsible for establishing a filming/location division for Legacy Partners which involved extensive coordinating, management and supervision. Jeff specializes in trouble shooting problems with municipalities and other transactional related issues.
