Teresa is a hard-working, results-oriented professional with a business school education and an entrepreneurial disposition. Full time as a realtor since March of 2002, she brings 15 years of successful corporate sales, marketing and entrepreneurial experience to real estate. Her experience since 1990 as a successful investor and owner of real estate income properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Beach Communities provides invaluable hands-on expertise. She has participated in multiple restoration and renovation projects of older homes and small buildings, and has first-hand knowledge and understanding of the associated process and its costs.

Born and reared in Oklahoma and Texas, Teresa attended the Tulane University in New Orleans and Mills College in Oakland before graduating and completing graduate school at USC. She is a dedicated LA eastsider and long-time resident of LA's Eastside communities including Pasadena, Altadena, Sierra Madre and Los Feliz.

Teresa currently lives in Altadena in a home that she has lovingly renovated for her family and herself. She has served her community as a member of the Altadena Town Counsel, AYSO soccer coach, YWCA and La Canada Spartan League basketball coach, President of the Pacific Oaks Parents' Association, chairperson of the Board of Directors for Vox Femina LA, board member for Casa De Las Amigas recovery home and member of the Junior League of Los Angeles, and she belongs to her local chapters of the Kappa Alpha Theta and Mills College alumnae associations.

Teresa finds that success in residential real estate is dependent upon referrals. It is her goal to inspire in her clients the required confidence and trust so that, without hesitation, they will refer her to their friends and family and use her themselves over and over through the years for their residential real estate needs.
