Tanya has been a Realtor for over 25 years and specializes in residential real estate in the Pasadena area. She is a graduate of San Marino High School and received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Southern California (USC). After graduation Tanya worked at USC at the School of Business and later at the School of Public Administration. In 1980 Tanya and her husband moved to London for three years.

In 1985, Tanya received her real estate license and began her career with Hitchcock Elkins in San Marino. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, that company became Sotheby's International Realty. Her husband, David, joined her in 2005 after a successful, 25-year career in banking. They both have been active in their community, where they have volunteered in the schools, church and athletics. Tanya has served as president of her local chapter of PEO as well as her private investment club. David was a member of the San Marino School Board and has a 15-year affiliation with the San Marino Schools Foundation.

Prior to moving to San Marino, Tanya lived in Chicago, Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Detroit. Additionally, she has lived in Washington DC, London and Raleigh, North Carolina.

Tanya has received many awards during her real estate career. She is committed to giving highly personalized service to her clients and uses a hands-on approach to all transactions. During her 25-year career in real estate she has worked with many agents in the Pasadena area and has formed good working relationships with them. Additionally, Tanya has extensive knowledge of city and government requirements when selling or buying a home, which helps when navigating the extensive paperwork required in all transactions.

Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of Tanya's experience is that many of her clients have become lifetime friends, which she finds particularly gratifying.
