Stephanie Muchard

I have worked for many years in the real estate industry; my experience and exposure regarding location, product type and price point is quite diverse. I have had the distinct pleasure of having worked for some of the largest and most prestigious new home builders in the country, both public as well as private. I was elevated throughout the industry from a Junior Sales Associate to a Director of Sales. Communities under my management, ranged from the exquisite neighborhoods of Playa Vista, to the beautiful rolling hills of Shady Canyon by Lennar Homes, located in Irvine. These beautiful homes ranged in price from, $1,500,000 to $5,000,000. Moreover, I have had the opportunity to feather in numerous years of re-sale experience as well, thus, affording me the opportunity to have, sold and/or closed hundreds of homes ranging from first time buyers price points to estate properties. With experience(s) in product types ranging from, attached high density condo communities to mixed use/commercial, as well as single family homes, I have the experience and depth to represent both buyers and sellers from San Diego to Ventura and numerous cities in between.

I have chosen Sotheby’s International Realty because of the strong worldwide brand recognition and, of course, the unique marketing advantages and exclusive marketing relationships that Sotheby’s International Realty has created over the years with some of the best outlets in the world. This, coupled with my past experiences, allows me to provide the best possible service to all my real estate clients, builders and homeowners alike.

I received my undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science with minors in, Marketing and Organizational Management from, Cal Poly Pomona, and a graduate degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University with an emphasis Neuropharmacology. My personal interests are somewhat diverse, just like my real estate career. I have a tremendous belief in philanthropy and have dedicated much of my free time and resources to the prevention of animal cruelty and the betterment for all animals, both domesticated and in the wild. I am also a strong supporter of military families and, enjoy helping veterans and their families obtain housing opportunities. I am also an active lifetime member of Psi Chi. which is "The International Honor Society in Psychology”. Founded in 1929 with a mission to encourage excellence in scholarship and advance the science of psychology including international recognition for academic excellence with distinguished members such as Drs. Albert Bandura, B. F. Skinner, as well as Phillip Zimbardo. Although born and reared in New York, I am certainly appreciative of the beauty, that is California and I tremendously enjoy the beach for both the relaxing inspiration that it evokes as well as the great surfing that accompanies our beautiful California Coastline.
