Shannon J. Miller has over 18 years of experience in real estate and is a licensed real estate broker. She is a Pasadena native, is married, has three children and resides in the La Vina Development of Altadena. She is a past chair for the La Vina Homeowners Association's Communication Committee (LVCC). Through her sales, customer service background and business management degree, she developed strong listening, organizational and negotiating skills. She quickly achieved recognition during her tenure in the real estate industry for her continuous production achievements. In 2012, she joined Sotheby's International Realty in Pasadena to fulfill her desire to build and develop a niche with domestic buyers, providing knowledge, resources and access to properties throughout the world, and to give sellers access to international buyers who want to acquire properties on the west coast.

From 2007 to 2011, Shannon represented Premiere Asset Services (PAS), a Division of Wells Fargo Bank, with the management and sale of properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles areas. She worked with tenant relocation and evictions, served as an expert witness, skillfully provided recommendations related to refurbishing properties, managed contractors and vendors on behalf of PAS, completed countless broker price opinions (BPO), negotiated sales contracts with investors, non-profits and real estate agents, worked with the assets managers and staff, maintained and paid expenses and prepared weekly reports for each listing in order to get the properties listed for sale and sold in a timely manner.

Shannon is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors (PFAR). Furthermore, Shannon has earned designations including Senior Residential Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), and successfully completed the Employer-Assisted Housing Class (EAH).

Shannon is a devoted volunteer for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors (PFAR) and has served on several committees throughout the years. Currently, she serves as the 2013 President of PFAR and State Director for CAR, supporting consumers and Realtors throughout the state of California on behalf of the CAR Ombudsman hotline program. Furthermore, Shannon serves on various committees for Five Acres and the Pasadena Playhouse's Wells Fargo Diversity Committee.

She is a previous PFAR board member and appointed president-elect and chair of the Strategic Plan Committee, PFAR board member and appointed vice president, PFAR secretary, PFAR treasurer, and treasurer and board member for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors Charitable Foundation (PFARCF. Additionally, Shannon served on the Board of Directors and Fund Development Committee for Leadership Pasadena.
