As a Pasadena resident for over 34 years, Roxanne Treloar has grown to truly love this unique city. Her passion for beautiful architecture and her roots in this community make Pasadena the ideal location to practice as a Realtor® with Sotheby’s International Realty. Roxanne brings experience that allows her to navigate intricate transactions while making the home-buying process as pain-free as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to connect on a deeper level with her clients has furthered her success as a real estate professional. Prior to working with Sotheby’s International Realty, Roxanne was a property manager and worked with a gifted Pasadena developer, managed the studio of a prolific Pasadena fine arts painter, was a creative service director for events and had many successful years in the restaurant and gourmet food industry as a manager. Her background in management in several significant areas brings much-needed insight to her real estate profession.
Buying or selling a home is an intimate experience. Relationships with her clients are the heart and soul of her business. Roxanne is a good listener and brings unique sensibilities to this active skill. She asks many questions to ensure she is continually working in her clients’ best interest. She is organized and able to execute a series of events with ease while keeping her clients apprised of all details along the way. Her trustworthiness and integrity are noted and appreciated not only by her clients, but by her colleagues as well. Roxanne believes that purchasing a home should be an enjoyable process – even fun, whether you’re a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor. Her life experiences and an enthusiastic attitude serve her well in meeting the needs of her clients in a timely and efficient manner.
You may often find Roxanne at a baseball field cheering for her son’s team or at home cooking for family and friends. Roxanne is a classically-trained pastry chef so this serves her guests well. When the Treloar family wants to get away it’s either camping on a California beach or visiting a big city like New York for the ultimate urban experience. She currently resides in the Historic Highland neighborhood of Pasadena, with her husband, Jeff, teenage son, Aaron, and their Vizsla, canine Hazel. Serving her community is kind of a given; for her, it’s both enjoyable and necessary to connect on this level. Some of her various volunteer capacities are as follows: Board of Directors at All Saint’s Children’s Center, both president-elect and president of Saint Mark’s Episcopal School, Auction Chair at Saint Mark’s Episcopal School two consecutive years, and presently serving as co-committee chair for Yes, Virginia, part of the Pasadena Community Foundation. Roxanne earned her BA in Psychology at Westmont College in Montecito, California.
