Kathleen Hemming and Sue Shearin have almost 30 years of combined experience in the real estate business. They both grew up in San Marino and attended the San Marino Unified School system. They also married San Marino High School classmates, and their children went through the San Marino School system.

Kathleen is Assistant Manager of the Pasadena office of Sotheby's International Realty. She is a member of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors and was Public Relations Chair for Professionals in Real Estate, a local professional organization. Kathleen is also a member of Junior League of Pasadena and National Charity League.

Sue is a member of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors. She was named Realtor/Sales Associate of the Year in 1994 by the San Marino/South Pasadena Board of Realtors. She has served as a Director for the Pasadena/San Marino Association of Realtors and on their hospitality committee and awards and recognition committee. Sue was the only recipient of the 2000 President's Award, given by the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors for loyal and dedicated service. She has also served as President of Professionals in Real Estate.
