Kate has lived in the San Gabriel Valley for several years. She appreciates the diversity, history, culture and many outdoor activities the area has to offer.
Previous to settling down in Pasadena, Kate moved seven times in 10 years. She understands the pressures of buying, selling and relocating. She specializes in Pasadena, Altadena and La Canada residential and residential investment properties. Kate brings years of sales and marketing experience to Sotheby's International Realty. Before entering real estate, she was in advertising sales. By combining a winning attitude, proven negotiating skills and a widespread knowledge of neighborhoods in Pasadena, Altadena and La Canada, Kate is able to deliver outstanding results for her clients.
In addition to real estate, Kate has a variety of other interests including the Team in Training/Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; Team Winter/Prostate Cancer Awareness and Research; The Rose Bowl Aquatic Center and The Boy Scouts of America, the organizations her two boys are involved in; and volunteering in many capacities for her boys' schools. She is a member of NAR, CAR and PFAR. When she is not busy working with clients, she loves taking advantage of the outdoors, especially skiing, hiking and tennis.
