Originally from Milano, Italy, Giusy moved to Southern California where she married Scott Brown and where she decided to settle down after having traveled the world.

She ventured off in the corporate world where she led a very successful career in the database marketing field starting at Home Savings of America, where she reached the appointment of Assistant Vice President. After nine years, she joined a prestigious local real estate firm as the Director of Marketing, where she became an expert in the marketing of real estate properties. After the company was sold, she accepted the position of Vice President of Database Marketing at City National Bank and later accepted the position of Manager of Database Marketing at a commercial real estate dot-com company. After only three months, she was promoted to Senior Marketing Manager and was responsible for the Database Marketing Group as well as for the Direct Response Group.

Giusy received her real estate license in 1998 and later her real estate broker license. She joined Scott in 2001. They love working together as a team and feel that their combined skills give their clients the best possible combi­nation of talent. As a team, they bring more than 20 years of real estate and marketing experience.

Education is very important to Giusy. While working full time, she attended California State University, Los Angeles, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration option Finance, and, in 2005, a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA), option International Business.

Giusy's biggest satisfaction in the real estate industry comes from the personal interaction she has with her clients and contributing to selling the American Dream.

In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, working out at the gym, and expanding her knowledge by continuously taking classes. Recently, she was featured in three workout videos.
