As a Pasadena native and young entrepreneur, Fleming "Triple" Trainor got her start in the real estate industry by buying and selling her own properties. She graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and was a part of the USC Women's NCAA Championship Golf team, where she received dual degrees in Business with concentrations on Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development. Just before graduation, she started a real estate development company, where she bought, "flipped," and sold properties herself.
Serving a wide range of clientele, Fleming brings a fresh perspective to real estate and to the prestigious Sotheby's International Realty. She prides herself on client education, integrity, expert negotiation and technologically savvy marketing skills. Taking each and every client's needs and goals personally, Fleming is unique in that she helps to educate her clients of when and when not to pursue real estate. This position allows for trust to be built and knowing that Fleming will never compromise her ethics or her clients and their investments. Fleming strives to create a long-lasting relationship with each of her clients and recognizes that it's the little things that make it all worthwhile.
