Fleming Helmstadter

As a Pasadena native and young entrepreneur, Fleming Helmstadter got her start in the real estate industry by buying and selling her own properties. She graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, receiving dual degrees in business with concentrations on real estate finance and real estate development. She was also a part of the USC Women's NCAA golf team. Shortly after graduation, she started a real estate development company, where she bought, flipped and sold properties herself in the Pasadena-Foothills. When the market peaked in 2006, she moved to Orange County with her then-fiancé and decided to combine her passion for real estate and love of meeting new people to become a Realtor.

Despite her young age, Fleming has become a renowned real estate professional, completing hundreds of successful transactions. She has proven to be among the industry's most savvy and seasoned. Serving a wide range of clientele, Fleming brings a fresh perspective to real estate and to the prestigious Sotheby's International Realty office in Pasadena. Fleming prides herself on client education, integrity and her expert negotiation and marketing skills. She also is constantly educating herself by taking classes and seminars to broaden her knowledge base. Fleming is enrolled in a number of seminars, most notably the GRI program (Graduate Realtor Institute). She has achieved the designations of ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) and the National Association of Realtors' e-Pro, a certification given to those who are experts in the online and internet marketing arena.

The amount of wisdom and unrelenting work ethic she brings, paired with her passion for the business, enables her to be successful in California's ever-changing market.
