Cindy's knowledge of the area in not just limited to Pasadena, where she has lived, worked and raised three sons over the past 35 years. Cindy has also successfully transacted in San Marino, where she grew up, South Pasadena, La Canada-Flintridge, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Monrovia, San Gabriel, Burbank, La Crescenta and Altadena, especially the gated community of La Vina where she currently lives. Cindy has a bachelor's degree from USC, and together with her past career in advertising contributes to her understanding of people and how to manage their priorities and concerns for a successful transaction.

Giving back to the community has always been in Cindy's life and heart. She is currently a member of the Christ Child Society and school board of St. Andrew's Parish School, and she cooks once a month at Union Rescue Mission, where she plans and serves meals.
