A graduate of South Pasadena High, Candace earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Southern California. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a teacher for the La Canada Unified School District, where she served as President of the Faculty Association, Curriculum Coordinator, faculty liaison to the PTA and a member of the contract negotiating team. Because of her teaching career, she is extremely knowledgeable about the various school districts in which she lists and sells properties.

Candace is a lifelong resident of the San Gabriel Valley and currently resides in Altadena. When not working, she enjoys traveling, horseback riding, gardening, crossword puzzles, spending time with her pets and going to USC football games.
