Ben Catlin combines an extensive background in award-winning sales and customer service with an intimate knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding areas. He attributes his success to over 20 years of experience in sales along with his commitment and loyalty to his clientele.
In 1997, Ben relocated to the Monterey Peninsula and excelled as a leader in the hospitality industry and local conference services. Before joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Ben helped develop and create a boutique real estate brokerage servicing the Monterey Peninsula. Ben understands the complex needs of today’s buyers and sellers and uses the latest technologies and marketing strategies to leverage his clients’ position.
After growing up in Southern California and attending San Diego State University, Ben experienced time as a ski instructor in Jackson Hole, several summers in the Alaskan salmon fisheries and extensive world travel before starting a family and settling down in Pacific Grove. Ben is a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors as well as the California and National Association of Realtors. In his free time, Ben enjoys golf, surfing and spending time with his wife and three children.
