While success is important, Noni McVey believes that the supreme good is far more significant. Striving to do good is what drives her to excellence in all that she puts her hand to. As a wife, mother, professional volunteer and Realtor, she continually strives to have her priorities in focus.

In October 2001, Noni established Project Linus Monterey Bay, which helps children who are in pain. Through Project Linus, Noni has had the privilege to grow the non-profit to over 300 volunteers, and in six and half years over 5,000 hand-made blankets were delivered to children in need of a warm hug.

In addition to the importance of involvement in the community, Noni believes that understanding and getting involved in the real estate industry is critical. This is how she has been able to position herself for growth and success, and it is the major reason she worked to become the 2009 President of Women's Council of Realtors, the 2012 President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors and a Director for the California Association of Realtors for 2011 through 2013.

Noni understands that real estate is a marketplace of constant change, and that without involvement, one can become outdated and unaware of the rapid changes that are taking place. Noni not only keeps up with the industry but is a force that can set the pace.
