Lucretia Butler (Cretia) has sold real estate since 1978. She knows how to target the market to sell properties and understands clients' goals when purchasing. Having lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1971, she has knowledge about the different communities, as each one is unique in its own way, and enjoys sharing that knowledge with her clients. It is particularly rewarding that her clients return to her when they have real estate needs and confidently refer her to others. Clients have described Cretia as thorough in all aspects of a transaction with excellent negotiating skills and an interest in personal attention to her clients' particular goals.

Cretia's educational background includes a Master's degree in English and Theatre Arts from UCLA. She danced professionally in St. Louis and Los Angeles. She has taught students from grade school through junior college. When time allows, her theatrical talents have been expressed through directing, choreographing and performing for local community theatres.

Cretia is married to Chris Keehn, who is President of Casaterra Design, a design-build firm. She shares her love of architecture and interior design with her husband. Music has also been a shared enjoyment. Cretia serves on the Friends Board of Monterey Symphony. She and her husband support the Monterey Symphony, the Forest Theatre Guild, the Smuin Ballet, Animal Friends and the SPCA as well as other non-profit organizations. They are longstanding members of Carmel Valley Ranch.
