Leilani Randall

Leilani is a California native, having been born at the Presidio of San Francisco when both her parents were assigned there as army officers. She moved across the country numerous times in her youth as her parents were relocated. Leilani is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in elementary education. She was also commissioned a second lieutenant in the army reserves. She followed her husband, Dave, for an assignment in Germany, where she worked as a teacher for the Department of Defense School System. While Dave was assigned to Hawaii, she taught for the Hawaii Department of Education and later for the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District. Though Leilani's home is also in Hawaii, when given the chance to return there, she opted to stay locally in Monterey to raise her family. In 2002 Leilani began a real estate career with a highly regarded firm, where she was the Rookie of the Year and then was consistently a top producing agent.

Leilani is wildly enthusiastic and energetic. She is very involved in the local running and fitness community. She also has a deep passion for the kind treatment of animals and devotes numerous hours of time to local causes supporting animals.

Leilani credits her success to the patience and communication skills she formed teaching elementary education for so many years. Leilani is very personable, and people gravitate toward her genuinely caring personality.

Leilani's pride and joy is her children, Grant and Dean. Grant is a 2013 graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He was commissioned an ensign in the Navy reserves and currently works as a third officer on large ships operated by Transocean Corporation. Dean is a 2013 graduate of Pacific Grove High School and is currently a midshipman candidate at the United States Naval Academy. Both of her sons are Eagle Scouts from Troop 90 in Pacific Grove.
