Joan is a dedicated full-time real estate professional representing both buyers and sellers in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Monterey and areas surrounding the beautiful Monterey, California Peninsula.

Joan has been a resident of the Monterey Peninsula since 1971. She specializes in residential real estate, referrals and 1031 tax deferred exchanges as well as property short sales and foreclosure sales. A love of homes, architecture and interior design as well as her prior experience as a private banker for a major California bank have served Joan and her clients extremely well as she works with them to achieve their goals and dreams of owning property on the Monterey Peninsula.

Joan's professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Monterey County Association of Realtors. Community service is a major commitment in Joan's life. She is an active member as well as a board member of Rotary Club of Carmel, a board member of Sunset Cultural Center in Carmel and active in the Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Local Government Relations Committee for the Monterey County Association of Realtors and works on events supporting the Carmel Foundation Senior Center of Carmel. She is also an active member of the Friends of the Library of Pacific Grove and of Monterey as well as the local historic society and the Monterey Museum of Art.
