David Crabbe has lived, worked, and been active in residential real estate in Monterey County for over 25 years. David has lived in Pacific Grove, Monterey and Carmel Valley. He and his family currently reside in Carmel in a house that he helped design and remodel from the ground up.

An experienced real estate professional, David has successfully represented both sellers and buyers in multi-million dollar real estate transactions throughout the Monterey Peninsula, Carmel Valley and the Monterey-Salinas highway. He specializes in transactions that involve first-time buyers in Monterey, complex buy-sell transactions and properties that require some degree of construction or project management. As the sole owner or partner in a number of home remodels, he has experience in all phases of construction, from design and drawings to permits, hands-on construction and project management.

David is community oriented. In addition to his work in real estate, David has coached high school volleyball for 18 years and minor league softball for six years. He has served on a variety of government appointed commissions and advisory boards, including many associated with commercial fishing, a profession in which he has over 25 years' experience.
