Brett Butler, a Carmel native, was a standout scholar athlete at the York School and Carmel High School. His athletic talent in soccer gave him opportunities to see the world. Brett competed internationally in Europe, North America and South America.

Brett received a B.A. at the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts. Shortly thereafter he worked in marketing, PR and promotions in New York City, representing a myriad of enterprises, one of which was Broadway Video of late night comedy TV fame.

Brett has returned to the Monterey Peninsula and has worked in local real estate for a number of years. He has recently joined the Valley Partners Team and offers his marketing experience, local knowledge, real estate expertise and tireless work ethic to one of the top real estate teams on the Monterey Peninsula.

The Valley Partners Real Estate Team specializes in residential homes and land opportunities. Their combined experience with land usage specializes in golf, ranch and vineyard properties, subdivision and land parceling, as well as the development of coastal estate properties.
