Bran Kovac grew up in a successful and respected family in Europe. Very early on, growing up under the guidance of his successful and entrepreneurial parents, Bran had to prove not only to his parents and himself but also to others that he could live up to his parents' standards. This was invaluable as it stimulated him in developing leadership skills and learning how to take personal responsibility in bringing projects to successful completion. In his early years, Bran worked with his mother and father on the construction of his parental 5,000 square-foot, 7-bedroom, 2-bath European-style villa, which received many compliments from architects and builders alike.

Bran completed six years as an electrical engineering major, where he learned about electrical installations and construction. This has turned out to be an invaluable asset in his current line of work, one which few of his peers possess. Bran also attended Technical University, where his father is a professor, for engineering business management.

While attending Monterey Peninsula College and California State University at Monterey Bay, he became involved in the hospitality industry, where he polished a range of essential skills such as communication, customer service and how to exceed even the highest expectations.

Bran is multi-lingual, being fluent in Slovak, Czech, Serbian, Croatian, Spanish, English, Polish, Russian and numerous other languages.

Bran is involved in his community and can be found assisting as an usher in his local church.

Bran arrived in Carmel in his early 20s and very soon fell in love with the town and the Monterey Peninsula overall.
