Betty Pribula

Bretty Pribula, known for her winning smile and endless enthusiasm, has been in the real estate business since 1974 and a full-time member of the Bratty and Bluhm team since 1991. She consistently has been a top producer, averaging more than $5 million in sales most years, and has helped clients buy and sell hundreds of homes ranging from $295,000 to $2.95 million. This Philadelphia native earned a bachelor of science degree in education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, then served in the U.S. Navy. She began her real estate career in 1974 after returning from duty in Japan. She has worked as a Realtor® in Indiana and California. After two years as an agent, Betty pursued her real estate broker’s license and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, awarded to just 3 percent of real estate agents across the country. She also earned a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Betty has devoted hundreds of hours to continuing education and regularly attends NAR conventions to improve her knowledge, meet colleagues, share ideas and learn from top professionals nationwide. “Hard work and lots of happy clients” are the secrets to her success, along with her thoroughness and willingness to spend time preparing for each client interaction to avoid unpleasant surprises and disappointment. For sellers, this means getting all inspections done prior to listing. For buyers, this means showing many different properties within a client’s price range and furnishing comparable sales information to help them make the most educated decision possible. Betty gets compliments on the hats she wears that symbolize her triumph over breast cancer and support for all other survivors. Her hobbies include stained glass, motorcycle riding with her husband of 43 years, Steve, who graduated from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, served as a Navy pilot, worked as a real estate agent for Bratty and Bluhm agent and now is an attorney. She loves her dog, cat and fish and the cool weather and small-town feeling of Pacific Grove. But when she travels, she favors the culinary delights of New Orleans and the beauty of Lake Tahoe.
