Actively involved in community affairs across the Monterey Peninsula, Adam was nearly elected Mayor of Carmel in 2010, receiving over 46% of the vote. A member of numerous local organizations and non-profits, he sits on the Board of Directors of the Carl Cherry Center for the Arts as well as the Board of Trustees of the Friends of Sunset Foundation.

Adam has a BA from New York University, a JD from Syracuse University Law School and an LLM from Georgetown University Law School.

In 2011, Adam ranked as one of Sotheby's International Realty's top 10 producing agents on the Monterey Peninsula. He lives in Carmel-by-the-Sea, where he enjoys all the village has to offer.
