Shangri-la Malibu Music Studio
Hidden in Malibu, CA., across the street from Zuma Beach, Shangri-La is recognized as one of the most renowned recording studios in music history. This home/studio is a rare and unique property that hosts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a detached guesthouse, family room, and formal game room, and an entire recording studio. It was used in the 60's as not only a recording studio but as a mini paradise for artists like Eric Clapton, Robbie Robertson, Joe Cocker, Pete Townsend, The Stones and yes, even Bob Dylan himself. Most recently Adele and the Kings of Leon recoded their latest hit albums in the sanctuary that is Shangri La. This +/- 4449 square foot home has not been on the market in over 30 years and is what legends are made of.
