Check out nightlife in San Francisco26 Jul 2012 2:03 PM
Celebrating with a night out on the town is a favorite pastime for many San Francisco residents, and if you’re in the mood for a few cocktails and some fine dining there are more than a few options to choose from.
Here are three venues to consider trying in San Francisco:
1. Infusion Lounge. Located in the heart of the San Francisco’s Union Square, the 5-star nightclub and lounge offers guests the opportunity to listen and dance to some of the world's greatest DJs and watch intricate live performances. At 124 Ellis Street, the venue is 6,500 square feet and has state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, with hypnotic LED-illuminated glass columns scattered around the bar.
2. Johnny Foley’s Irish House/Cellar. If locals are in the mood for a Guinness, they may want to consider visiting Johnny Foley’s. Located at 243 O’Farrell Street, this Irish pub is a relaxing and entertaining place to take in quality music and chat with friends. Guests can check out the Dueling Pianos event, where two pianists duel to play songs requested by the audience in a highly interactive show. Listeners can request a song, stop a song, have their friends heckled and jokingly banter with the musicians.
3. Lark Creek Steak. Consider a late-night meal at one of the area’s finest steakhouses. Located in the middle of the San Francisco Centre at 845 Market Street, 4th Floor, Suite 402, the restaurant is a high-quality dining venue. In addition to the fantastic entrees, the establishment has a view of the historic Emporium Dome from the bar. If you’re driving from your luxury home, Lark Creek Steak offers valet parking for convenience, and there is a parking garage nearby as well.
