Stacey Scott began his career in the real estate industry 30 years ago in California, during which time he has developed strong negotiation skills that bring outstanding service to his clients. He advises a wide variety of clientele, including professional athletes and career professionals alike. He is very knowledgeable, well-spoken, discerning, deliberate and strong, but is also open minded. He approaches each transaction with patience, wisdom and optimistic enthusiasm. Stacey is an expert at analyzing properties and developing tailored marketing strategies for success.
Over the years, Stacey has owned and managed real estate and mortgage firms with great success. He has noticed a trend of more and more sellers losing a tremendous amount of equity due to a lack of negotiating skills. Ineffective negotiation of price or other important details within a contract can significantly reduce the bottom line. His ability to satisfy his clients and making the buyers feel content helps to create a successful transaction. Stacey has negotiated hundreds of transactions over the years which has allowed him to develop numerous approaches to ultimately satisfy the needs of his clients. Success in selling your home is not accomplished with the presentation of an offer; it comes with structuring the offer to meet the clients' needs while receiving mutual acknowledgement from the buyer. To ensure a seamless escrow, Stacey has assembled a team of professional affiliates that will pay strict attention to the details of your transaction.
After receiving a degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State College of Science, Stacey attended the University of North Dakota before relocating to Southern California. In the early 80s, he began his life as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry, creating mortgage and real estate software for industry professionals. He later founded the Basketball Development Academy, which has become an international organization that develops young athletes’ skills and personal maturity. He has 25 years of public speaking experience in a variety of forums from academics (elementary, middle and senior high) to the business sector (educational & training seminars). Stacey has countless hours of volunteer work in communities all across the United States, assisting with the development of our youth through the Boy & Girls Clubs and the YMCA.
In his spare time, Stacey enjoys a round of golf, a tennis match, teaching basketball, horseback riding and the outdoors. Most important to Stacey is spending time with family and friends. Please visit StaceyAScott.com to learn more.
