Rick Morrison’s approach to real estate can be summed up in one word: Service.
Rick's goal is to bring you the highest quality customer service experience you've ever imagined. In today’s world of never-ending distractions, Rick maintains his laser-like focus on your transaction as if you are his only client. Rick is a seasoned and deeply skilled negotiator who offers the finesse needed to attain the best results possible.
When successfully buying or selling a home, it is the unique extra effort that often makes all the difference. This is why Rick is so highly admired and trusted by those with whom he works. Rick also utilizes his expansive network of contacts from previous professions to source and secure precise deals for his clients and their listings. Rick will guide you step-by-step throughout the entire transaction with continuous communication, attention to detail, and a tireless work ethic.
Rick is continually working on furthering his education and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, as well as the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
Rick has served in two other relationship-driven industries where his level of client service was paramount to his success. He worked in the music business as Vice President of Marketing/Promotion for several major record labels and he was instrumental in launching the careers of many Grammy Award-winning artists (including Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, Nirvana and White Stripes among others). Following his innovative and impressive work in the music business, Rick served as the Vice President of International Sales for several critically acclaimed Napa/Sonoma/Central Coast Wineries. He is a certified Sommelier (and a pretty good cook, too!)
Besides food, wine, and music, Rick’s other passions include fitness and overall well-being. Rick enjoys charity work as well as giving back to his community. Some of the charities that are particularly important to him are Cystic Fibrosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Cancer, Meals on Wheels and Macular Degeneration. He also enjoys playing guitar in his instrumental band, Soulstice. Lastly, Rick’s ultimate joy and inspiration is being with and rearing his six-year-old daughter.
