Lori LePage’s career path began in the 1990s and is still rooted today in private estate management. Growing up in Santa Barbara’s lush wine country, she had an affinity for beautiful homes, sprawling views and everything the word "home" truly encompasses -- architecture, decor, landscape, food, family and fun. Lori has enjoyed managing the operations, maintenance and preservation of large estates, beach houses, secondary homes and location properties for celebrities, filmmakers and heirs and heiresses. It has taken her from Montecito, to Pasadena, to West Hollywood...and everywhere in between.
Lori also had great success freelancing as a TV producer and writer, producing reality shows for HGTV, The Food Network and Fine Living and earning her an Emmy Award in 2002 for producing ‘Wolfgang Puck.’ Lori has written and produced multiple garden makeover, interior design and cooking shows as well as lifestyle news segments for Fox, and has co-authored her friend's self-help book, 'Girlfriend 911.'
An entrepreneur at heart, Lori has developed several businesses, including two luxury day spas, with her family and current real estate partner, Denise Flachbart. Lori's creativity, business acumen and passion for all things home and lifestyle-related, naturally pointed her toward real estate. It's her greatest desire to help people build their real estate portfolio, whether they are first-time buyers or well-seasoned investors. She says, "Buying, selling and investing in real estate are all part of the American Dream, and everyone should have a piece of the pie."
