A life-long Southern California resident, Erin Garrity was raised in the beach community of Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. She was a student at Village School, attended Curtis for middle school and graduated from Palisades High School in 1988.
Erin began her real estate career with Sotheby's International Realty in Pacific Palisades in 2006 and eventually met her life-partner and business partner, another Pacific Palisades realtor. Working as a team in real estate, to market their listings, Erin and her partner were the first to use a 'drone' to market listings. They were shown on CNBC, BBC Worldwide, the cover of The New York Times and Patch Media.
This proved to be a powerful and effective forum to list and market a home. It was at this point that Erin and her partner began developing 'Interactive Video Marketing.' It proved to be a successful model and they have been developing it since 2011, selling it and developing custom products with video for fellow realtors.
Erin’s commitment to excellence in personal service is what defines her. With her strong background in personal relations, Erin is attentive to the clients' needs, is committed to finding the perfect home for them and has a gift for knowing just what that is. She listens to the client and locates just the right property, sometimes in very surprising places where the client might otherwise not have looked.
Erin and her life partner, Bill, currently live in Point Dume, Malibu with their young daughter, Kea Lani. She is also the proud stepmother of two boys, Alec and Chase.
