Eddie is known to obtain the highest price-per-square-foot in both luxury condominiums and single-family residences, setting new precedence for future sales.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Eddie began his career in real estate in early 2002, when he joined a private equity firm and participated in the renovation and sale of homes all over Southern California. This gave him valuable insight with market trends and an edge when it comes to understanding clients’ needs and wants. Whether representing buyers or sellers, Eddie looks out for his clients’ best interests and ensures each transaction is handled in a professional and efficient manner.
When the market shifted in 2012, Eddie gained recognition assisting buyers purchase their dream home in multiple offer situations. After a successful year, he moved to the prestigious Sotheby's International Beverly Hills – Beverly Hills brokerage where he has continued to set price-per-square-foot records in the luxury condominium and single-family residence markets.
Prior to real estate, Eddie worked in the Business Affairs department at studios including Universal, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Spelling Television, DreamWorks Pictures, and lastly at Paramount Pictures. About 90 percent of Eddie’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals based on his strong relationships built over the years. One client stated, “I would never use anyone besides Eddie; he was thorough, always kept me informed, and made the experience of my home purchase an easy transition.”
In his spare time, Eddie enjoys spending time with his family, plays tennis competitively, is an avid ice hockey player, and loves the outdoors and animals.
