Living and working in the Los Angeles area for over 25 years, Denise Flachbart has developed a keen understanding of the wide diversity of neighborhoods throughout the city, acutely aware of their many facets and offerings.
For much of her time in Los Angeles, Denise produced commercials and elaborate print campaigns for clients like BMW and Nike. She later owned a successful boutique event planning firm which catered to some of LA’s most exclusive clients including The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage and the La Cienega Design Quarter. Here, she honed skills in helping clients identify goals, finding the proper level of quality required for each aspect of the project, negotiating the best prices and ultimately delivering a solid final product, traits which have seamlessly translated to her success in the real estate market.
Denise has had a lifelong passion for architecture, art, interior design and fine furnishings allowing for the ability to quickly recognize and assess similar attributes with real estate properties. The achievements she enjoyed while working with top names in the entertainment industry is a testament to her work ethic, calm and caring demeanor and absolute attention to the finest details.
