Aristea Jumonville was born in San Francisco to nomadic Los Angeles-native parents, steeped in the counterculture of the 70s. Growing up on the beaches of Maui and San Diego, with Telluride and Palm Springs thrown in the mix, Aristea was instilled with a love of beautiful places and a desire to actually put down her own roots. After moving to Los Angeles from San Diego to attend USC almost 30 years ago, Aristea finally found her heart’s hometown and couldn't live anywhere else.
Before settling in North East Los Angeles with her family ten years ago, Aristea had lived everywhere from Beverly Hills to Pasadena and Long Beach, from Brentwood to North and West Hollywood, experiencing the city from top to bottom. Living in the Glassell Park/Mt. Washington area has allowed her to explore the Hills and discover the hidden treasures of the area. NELA is truly a special place.
Years spent as an A-list Hollywood assistant have given Aristea a knack for making the seemingly impossible become reality. She specializes in tight deadlines, high expectations, interesting personalities, and discretion. Creative problem solving, attention to detail and a sense of humor come in handy when every day is completely unpredictable.
Later, many years as VP of Operations at a boutique production company, overseeing budgets, contracts, and multiple building purchases, commercial and residential, gave her an interest in the business side of things and opened her eyes to the fascinating world of real estate. Aristea is passionate about helping her clients find the house they will call “home.” When she’s not out on the course with her golf-loving son, Aristea can be found walking her dog, Smokey, through the neighborhood, always looking for the perfect property for her clients. You never know where the next treasure will pop up!
“One of the saddest aspects of disbanding my operation was losing Aristea. Aristea is bright, energetic, self-sufficient, creative, and completely efficient. Her attitude is tremendous. She’s great to have around. I recommend her highly.”
