Arielle Dupertuis decided to become a Real Estate Agent after going through the process of relocating from Europe to the US; she moved about eight years ago. Arielle leased an apartment then purchased a home in Hancock Park. In a very condensed period of time of about 2 years, Arielle had to familiarize herself with the practical and financial aspects of leasing and buying. Which area to pick in LA? Safety, walkability and schools? How to find financing, banks or private lenders. How to get preapproved? What to provide along with an offer? What are the contingencies and their removal? What type of inspections to pick?
After going through some trials and learning the rules and regulations of California versus the ones in Switzerland, she would be the perfect candidate to help, guide and assist all persons who want to lease or buy/sell a property here in LA.
In Arielle's previous career, she was a production manager in the music industry dealing with hundreds of bands and their managers, accountants and technicians. She gained the skills to be the most organized a person could be, firm, but flexible in the same time. She loved music, of course, but had to juggle with numbers and contracts and make sure everybody's goals and interests would be achieved and respected - bands, producers and audiences were to be all satisfied in their specific requests, needs, ambitions.
Today, Arielle's life is similar - homes in a way, replaced music. Goals and interests have to be reached and satisfied as well, especially considering that the purchase or the sale of a home is one of the most important decisions of our lives and one of its biggest investments.
