Prior to earning her Realtor license, and after studying architecture and design in Italy at the University of Rome and University of California at Los Angeles, Yvonne became a California Certified Interior Designer (CID) and a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland to Austrian and Czech parents, she moved to Los Angeles with her family at an early age. She attended local schools, spent summers in Ireland with her aunt and traveled extensively in Europe.

Yvonne and her husband raised three children who all went through the Beverly Hills school system and have gone on to successful careers in medicine, law and the arts.
