From 2003-2005 Tara worked in advertising for the luxury lifestyle publication PaperCity Magazine, where she expanded the client base by 50% and was consistently the top producer in the Northern California market. In 2005 Tara began working for retail manufacturer Warnaco Inc. In her role as senior account executive, Tara was appointed to manage the company's largest private label account and increased revenue by 25%. In 2009, when real estate market sales had diminished significantly year over year, Tara successfully closed 22 transactions representing both property owners and buyers. In August of 2010, Tara was awarded for her performance as one of the top producing agents for National Realty Trust, the owner of Sotheby's International Realty and largest residential real estate brokerage in the nation.

Tara is originally from Northern Ireland and has lived in California for most of her life. In 2003, Tara graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in political science, international relations, and a minor in Spanish. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys running, hiking and spending time with friends and family at the beach during her free time. Tara currently resides in Santa Monica, where she continues to enjoy the Southern California lifestyle.
