Susan Horn, who joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2002, has more than 25 years of high-end real estate experience exclusive to the West Side market. Susan is a principal in her own design firm, ETC Designs, which handles a wide range of commercial and residential projects. Her extensive real estate background coupled with her knowledge of construction and design has enabled her to effectively match her clients’ needs to the appropriate property. Her client base consists of existing clients’ new business and a strong referral network, both testimony to her ability to truly understand her clients’ needs and effectively complete business transactions. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She continues to do alumni interviewing for the University. Active in community affairs, Susan currently serves as president of the Benedict Hills Estates Homeowners Association and is chairman of its Architectural Committee. She also represents the interests of that homeowner’s association as a member of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Councils. Susan is a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
