Sandra Bowers

With more than 20 years of experience in California's real estate and lending industry, Sandra has become a multi-million dollar producer specializing in estate and waterfront properties around Westlake Village, Malibu, Calabasas, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Hidden Hills, Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. In addition to co-producing Open House Radio, a one-hour live program on local talk radio, she has also been featured on the Bravo channel's Multi-Million Dollar Listing show. Sandra also combines her marketing savvy with her financial background as a mortgage consultant, where she sold and funded numerous properties and projects ranging from single-family homes to new construction and commercial ventures.

Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Sandra had a father who worked for the federal government Office of Comptroller of Currency as Director of Finance and Strategic Planning. She has connections to Wharton Alumni and numerous prestigious institutions and relocated to Los Angeles, California, in 1991 to follow her dream in real estate ventures as well as marketing and advertising. She also supports the local Chamber of Commerce in Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village and Malibu in addition to publishing a local paper in Malibu. She donates her free time to helping others and has been affiliated with the Building Industry Association, Home Aid, Ventura County Chapter, Kiwanis Club, The National Federation for the Blind and Stand Up to Cancer.
