A native of southern California, Ron Abrams has 37 years of real estate experience in the Los Angeles area. He joined Sotheby's International Realty as an associate manager in 1996. Ron specializes in the marketing of multimillion-dollar estate homes, luxury high-rise condominiums and townhouses, as well as site acquisition for development projects.Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Ron was most recently founder and owner for 14 years of Ron Abrams Realtors. He first became active in the real estate industry as a partner in the first multi-branch brokerage firm marketing to the Los Angeles Westside communities of Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills and Brentwood. That firm was acquired by Merrill Lynch Realty. After earning a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and conducting postgraduate studies in English at Pomona College, Ron worked for three years as an advertising copywriter and account executive. He is a past member of the board of directors of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors.
