Randy Ventura was born in Chicago and moved with his family to Los Angeles when he was a teenager. As a young man, Randy began his career in the medical field, working at Cedar Sinai Medical Center. He bought his first home at 21 while working as a hairdresser at some of the top salons in Beverly Hills and doing hair and image consulting on and off location with many well-known entertainers. Shortly afterward, he opened his own beauty salons in Beverly Hills and Palm Desert, where he also built his next home, gaining the kind of firsthand construction experience that is unique among real estate agents.

Randy has also worked in the international non-profit sector, becoming fluent in Spanish in the process. In this capacity he gained and polished the people skills, negotiating acumen, emotional versatility and dedication to service that make him effective as a real estate agent in a vibrant, fast-paced and multicultural city like Los Angeles. This experience also strengthened his commitment to service-work, which he continues to do as a volunteer with the USC-Norris Cancer Center and the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. Randy is also dedicated to keeping up with the pace of the real estate market itself, regularly attending professional development seminars, equipped to do entire transactions online and working with international as well as domestic clients.
