Paul brings over 25 years of business and investment experience to the real estate world. Those years were spent as a financial analyst and then managing money at some of the most prominent investment banking companies in the country. Paul has been in the real estate business for almost 10 years and he and his partner, Linda Starey, bring 30 years of experience selling both existing and new home developments.

Paul believes in giving back to the community by placing himself in advisory capacities and positions of influence to help both city and civic aspects of society. Those positions include: Trustee of Los Angeles Zoo for over five years, member of West LA Comm. Police Advisory Board, member of Pacific Palisades Community Council since 1994, Greater LA Zoo Association committee member for 15 years, and Chairman of Palisades Highlands Presidents' Council since 1992.

Originally from the East Coast, Paul attended prestigious Brooklyn Technical High and went on to receive a BS in Engineering from Polytechnic Inst. of Brooklyn and then an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University.
