Neviana was born and raised in Bulgaria, a member of the European Union. Back home Neviana received a solid 21-year education crowned by a Master's Degree in History and followed by a Ph.D in International Affairs.
Neviana has been traveling the world. Three languages and her cosmopolitan attitude landed her teaching positions in Moscow, Sofia and London as a history professor. Later she joined the BBC World Service as a producer in current affairs.
Moving to the US came naturally to her. She wanted to discover America for herself and to experience the American way of life. This required a change of career, and Neviana was prepared for it. She earned her real estate license within three months and bought her first house in Los Feliz within six months. Ever since 1999 she has been helping people do the same.
Neviana believes that buying a house is like a marriage, and selling a house is like a divorce. The success of these extreme events in peoples' lives is strongly dependent upon the right choice of person to handle the transactions.
