During Misako's nine years in the real estate business, she has listed and sold high end properties for clients and has also worked with first time buyers and Japanese professionals relocating to the United States. In addition to assisting clients with their residential needs, she has also assisted those who have sought to purchase investment properties.

The most rewarding part of her real estate career has been client satisfaction, with her repeat clientele representing 90% of her business. Her knowledge of the industry, negotiation skills and integrity have helped her to establish enduring business relationships with her clients.

As a 28-year Los Angeles Westside resident, Misako holds vast real estate knowledge of Los Angeles's Westside and specializes in the following areas: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, Westwood-Century, West Hollywood Hills, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey.

Born and raised in Japan, Misako speaks fluent Japanese and graduated from college with an art and design degree. Misako began a professional life as a fashion coordinator, working in the advertising and television commercial industries for seven years in Tokyo, Japan. After moving from there to Los Angeles, she became a coordinator of technical tours for corporate delegates from Japan.

When asked what sets her apart, Misako responds that in her 10-year tenure as a corporate liaison, she developed the people skills and professionalism necessary for her current career as a real estate agent. As a Sotheby's International Realty associate, she maintains quality service to her clients as she continues to expand her knowledge of the industry in order to best service both existing and future clientele.

In her personal time Misako's interests include foreign and domestic films, yoga, gallery art, classical and jazz music, history, travel and interior design.

Misako holds memberships in the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtor and BHGLLA/MLS.
