When it comes to Westside real estate, Mike Sammons' knowledge of the area is incomparable. In addition to Mike being raised in Pacific Palisades, both Mike's parents and his grandmother were licensed agents here. His uncle developed many houses in the Palisades and on the Westside. Mike became involved in spec-building a home in Malibu with four partners, followed by its successful sale, when Mike knew real estate was his passion.

Mike carries his business skills into every real estate transaction. His business savvy was honed while owning a surf shop in the Sherman Oaks Galleria, which involved all aspects of business from lease negotiations to everyday public relations. With his extensive knowledge and understanding of the local market, he takes clients through transactions with a thorough understanding of every step, providing a stress-free experience for all involved.
