Melinda has been a resident of Pacific Palisades since 1954, and she was a member of the Pacific Palisades High School's first graduating class. While adept in residential property sales throughout the Westside, Melinda is especially knowledgeable about Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Santa Monica. She knows every neighborhood as if it was her own, and is generous with her knowledge and advice to clients wanting to find the perfect place to live, work, play and raise their families.

A multi-million dollar sales producer, Melinda entered the real estate field in 1986. She previously worked as a dental hygienist, and for eight years following, excelled in the interior design profession. Her artistic sense and past experience have helped many clients see a home's true potential, and in some cases, has helped them gain considerable financial reward by buying a seemingly average home and transforming it into a virtual showplace.

Melinda is a firm believer in giving back to the community, and she has been a vital force in many of the area's charity organizations and clubs, including the Pacific Palisades Junior League. She has also been involved at St. Matthew's, Marymount and Harvard High School, where her children attended classes. Melinda has always placed tremendous value on continued education. She is a graduate of USC and continues to attend real estate seminars, courses and workshops to keep abreast of the changing legislation and market trends.
