An area resident for more than a decade, realtor Melanie Lewis uses her in-depth knowledge of Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and the Sunset Strip areas to successfully complete real estate transactions on behalf of her clients.

She joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2005 and handles transactions for properties ranging from condominiums to single-family estate homes and investment properties.

In addition to her real estate experience serving as protégé to nationally recognized realtor Elaine Young, Melanie has a background in the hospitality field that ensures all her clients receive strong personal attention. Her client base has grown in direct response to client referrals, testimony to her negotiation skills. She utilizes an extensive and diverse professional and personal network to comprehensively market client properties.

Professionally, Melanie is a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors as well as the National and California Associations of Realtors.

Active in community affairs, she is a strong supporter of the area addiction recovery centers, Friendly House and Cri Help. She also indulges her interest in architectural history as a member of the Virginia Robinson Gardens Society.

Melanie attended Cuesta College and completed her studies at California Polytechnic University, both in San Luis Obispo.
