A California native, Melanie Lewis was raised in San Luis Obispo and attended Cal Poly State University. Melanie relocated to Los Angeles, where she began a lucrative career in real estate. After joining Sotheby's International Realty in 2005, Melanie was recruited by renowned real estate team Drew Mandile and Brooke Knapp in 2008 as an active business associate. Maintaining a focus on high end real estate, Melanie directly participated in over $65 million in residential sales.
In 2010 Melanie partnered with Drew and Brooke in a new 29-unit high-end condominium development on Roxbury Drive. The units ranged from approximately $800,000 to $1,600,000 and sold out within 18 months. In 2011 Melanie partnered again with Drew and Brooke on five high end condominium units in Beverly Hills, which the developer had lost in foreclosure. Within six months all five units were sold, with the last penthouse selling over the asking price at $2,300,000.
