MaryAnn Musico, who began her career exclusive to Beverly Hills residential properties 31 years ago, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1997. Specializing in hillside properties with sales ranging from the Pacific Palisades to the Hollywood Hills, MaryAnn was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 1997 by the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. A longtime resident of Benedict Canyon, the prestigious hillside area adjacent to Beverly Hills, she is particularly knowledgeable about that area and Coldwater Canyon, also known as the Beverly Hills Post Office. Active in community affairs, MaryAnn has served as president of the Benedict Canyon Association and been involved with city planning and environmental protection issues as they relate to the greater Westside and Santa Monica Mountains. Dedicated to animal welfare, she has worked in animal rescue projects for 25 years with the Lange Foundation. MaryAnn earned a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, near Chicago.
