Born in Connecticut and raised in Boca Raton, FL, Mary relocated to Los Angeles not long after studying at the University of Central Florida. Shortly after her arrival, Mary felt a calling to work in real estate, immediately joining Jade Mills's team at Coldwell Banker. From 2006 to 2010, Mary worked closely alongside Jade, the number one broker for Coldwell Banker, and became an important asset to her team, with focus and expertise in high-end real estate. During her four years working for Jade Mills, she successfully closed over 100 transactions, selling more that $300 million of property. Her primary expertise was the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles area, and she has been involved in the sale of some of the most prime real estate in Beverly Hills. Mary's work with Jade Mills has given her the opportunity to successfully hone her skills in the real estate business, and her association has gained her a great reputation as working with one of the most successful agents in the country.
In May 2010, Mary left Jade Mills's team and partnered with Justin Mandile, who since 2003 was a leading member of the well-recognized Mandile-Knapp team at Sotheby's International in Beverly Hills. Within four months of launching their partnership, Mary and Justin have listed almost $10 million in single-family homes in the Hollywood Hills and Bel Air areas. They also co-listed with Drew and Brooke in a 29-unit, new high-end condo development on Roxbury Drive. The units range from approximately $800,000 to $1.6 million. In addition, Mary and Justin listed a 5-unit building in Beverly Hills ranging from $1.5M to $2.3 million. Both projects successfully sold out within an 11-month period.
Mary primarily specializes in the Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Hollywood and Sunset Strip areas and represents clients from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. While with the Mills team, Mary also acquired adept skills in the leasing market, and she works equally well with landlords and tenants. As either a buyer's or seller's agent, she is committed to offering her clients the highest quality representation and professionalism along with superb customer service.
